Automatic In-Line Tube Inspection
The Model 500 series is versatile enough to accept tubes from any cutoff or forming operation and measure them at line speed. The basic machine has one station that measures overall length. A second station can be added to inspect part straightness and/or ovality. If required, all stations can be doubled to increase capacity.
